Our Mission
At Black Girl Beauty School of Careers, we are dedicated to empowering individuals through education in the trades of Health & Beauty, Audio, Construction as well as Performing Arts. All programs lead to certification, state licensing and/or nationally recognized credentials. These programs also prepares you for the workforce, college and/or entrepreneurship. Our culturally driven approach ensures that our programs resonate with the diverse communities we serve, ensuring that no one is left behind. We serve all socioeconomic standing. However, we specialize in Black Hair Care, Black Arts and Building Entrepreneurs in Black Communities.

Our vision is simple. We strive to meet every learning style, in every state, while staying current and innovative as we change lives around the world with our amazing beauty & business online mentorship academy, the Black Girl Beauty "RISE UP" Apprentice Programs which offers a unique high-quality hybrid experience across the country, and our traditional on-campus programs that offers the in-person HBCU experience.

The Youth Boss Beauty & Performing Arts Boot Camp Tour is a 1-day event that empowers young creators to shine inside and out! This hands-on program blends beauty, fashion, and performing arts training with confidence-building, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial know-how. From hair, nails, skin, makeup brushes to microphones, students learn, perform, and take center stage—preparing for success in beauty, entertainment, and beyond. (ages 10-17)

Pre-Apprentice program
The Youth Pre-Apprentice Program introduces students to hands-on careers in beauty, performing arts, audio production, and construction. Offered in-school and after-school, this 9-month program blends real-world training with creative expression, leadership skills, and career readiness—preparing young people to step confidently into the workforce or further education. All students who complete the program automatically qualify for our registered apprenticeship program to pursue licensing, certification and national credentials. (middle/high school students)
